Skarnitzl takes it, Lindgren with bad luck on two
Jan Skarnitzl and Adelheid Morath grabbed the victories at Cyprus Sunshine Cup finals at Amathous. The Czech won in front of the two Swedes Emil Lindgren and Matthias Wengelin, while Morath was beating Olympic champion Sabine Spitz and Swede Alexandra Engen. Men’s stage winner and Katrin Leumann took the CSC overall.

Third and last round of Cyprus Sunshine Cup 2013 takes place at Amathous on Sunday. Olympic silver medalist Sabine Spitz and Katrin Leumann in the orange jersey of the overall leader are fight for the win. Giant bikers Emil Lindgren and Henk-Jaap Moorlag hoping for the absence of flat tires to fight for the win.

Giant triumphs: Stage and overall for Giger and Vos
Fabian Giger and Marianne Vos repeated her stage wins from Saturday and took the Afxentia stage race overall for their Giant Team. In men’s race the top three classification was the same as the day before, with Olympic champion Jaroslav Kulhavy on second and Jan Skarnitzl on third.

Impressive: Vos and Giger in yellow
Marianne Vos took the second stage in Afxentia stage race at Macheras Mountains. The Dutch road Olympic champion at Cyprus Sunshine Cup won in front of Adelheid Morath and Blaza Klemencic and overtook the yellow jersey.
Fabian Giger was able to leave Olympic mountainbike champion Jaroslav Kulhavy behind, claiming the yellow jersey now. Third spot on the podium went to Jan Skarnitzl.

Emil Lindgren and Blaza Klemencic at second round of Cyprus Sunshine Cup took the win in Afxentia stage race time trial. The Giant rider from Sweden put eight seconds between him and Olympic Gold medalist Jaroslav Kulhavy and eleven to team mate Henk-Jaap Moorlag (Ned).
Slovenian Blaza Klemencic won three seconds in front of surprising road Olympic champion Marianne Vos (Ned) and 15 to Adelheid Morath (Ger).
