  1. aerobic exercise (aerobics, step, bosu, aqua aerobics) – “dance” workout for muscle tone and weight loss, which are available to people with any fitness.

  1. Aquatics (swimming, aqua yoga, aqua boxing) – general body strengthening, working on stamina, breathing, skin health and fighting excess weight.

Swimming is unique. It is recognized as one of the safest, since it is virtually impossible to get injured in the water. However, training in the pool is complex: depending on the direction you choose you can develop great stamina, strength, learn to breathe deeply and “stretch” arms, back and abs well … Gentle workout – aqua yoga and other – promote the most organic regeneration of the body and rehabilitation after injury. The pool is also a good place to lose weight, because you can lose kilos in an hour or two, it is so energy demanding swimming.
